The purpose of this website is to provide the basis to identify one with a group for those who feel the need to, but cannot do so due to any limitations of a narrower identity. For this reason, the name of this website is specifically derived from the English word "Universe", which is commonly used to refer to the totality of things that exist. Adding the ending "-ians" is intended to signify the belonging of an individual to a social group, in which case the group is the Universe. Hence, all of those who belong to Universe could be called Universians.
The Sense of Universian identity:Regardless of who You are - an individual, a company, an organization, a nation or any other entity - the sense of Universian identity is the sense that You belong to Universe, with the realization that any -- no matter what kind of -- other entity is equally a Universian.
